Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
We offer free shipping for all Hong Kong orders.
We offer free international shipping for orders over USD$300 (or equivalent in other currencies).
Orders below USD$300 will be charged a flat shipping fee of USD$25 which will be calculated at check out.
Packages will be dispatched from Hong Kong.
International orders may incur customs and duties charges at the destination country. sigá will not be held liable for any additional duties, taxes, or handling fees applied to the order by the customer's local government. The customer is responsible for settling these charges upon delivery. We regret that we cannot replace or refund orders that are held up in customs clearance. To avoid any unexpected charges, we advise contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
