Refund policy
Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we do not reimburse shipping costs unless the item is found to be faulty by our team.
Your return can be sent via a courier of your choice. We recommend using a service that is trackable and we will not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. When trying on garments, please take care to avoid any makeup stains or perfume smells.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item(s). Exchange requests will be fulfilled subject to garment availability at the time of return processing.
